Vintage reproduction of a detailed maritime scene features a Fred. Olsen steamship passing a towering red-and-white lighthouse off the Norwegian coast. It advertises weekly mail and passenger routes connecting Kristiania to Newcastle, Grangemouth, Antwerp, and Rotterdam. During the early 1900s, Fred. Olsen pioneered the transition from sail to steam, acquiring companies like the Færder Steamship Company to establish the passenger links shown here. The artist is Fredric (Fred.) J. Hoertz and was created c.1910–1915.

Studio Gallery Frame in 'black' and 'light oak'; acrylic safety fronts; ready-to-hang options.
